Refund Policy

Radiant Relations Consultancy (RRC) The Voice for Wholeness

Effective Date: September 2026.

We want every client to feel confident choosing RRC, so please read our refund terms before purchasing. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable courses, workbooks, and pre-recorded materials are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

For coaching and counselling sessions, cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no extra cost, while cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or missed sessions without notice, are treated as completed and are non-refundable.

For multi-session packages such as Build It Right or Reconnect & Rebuild, sessions are non-refundable once the first session has taken place, though remaining sessions may be transferred to another eligible person within 30 days at our discretion or your instruction.

Refunds or cancellations for corporate training engagements are governed by the specific agreement signed with the organisation. Refund requests due to genuine emergencies, such as medical situations or bereavement, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at RRC's discretion.
